Painting in
Neptune Beach.

Neptune Beach keeps it small: older cottages, shaded streets and the ocean close by. Pristine Coastal paints and restores homes here with exterior systems selected for coastal exposure and interior work completed with the same attention to protection, preparation and finish. Veteran-owned with 22 years on the First Coast.

Local knowledge

What the ocean does to paint here.

Salt reaches beyond the oceanfront

Salt air does not stop at the first row of homes. East-facing and exposed elevations often weather first, so preparation and coating selection should reflect the actual exposure.

The cottage stock

Many Neptune Beach homes have older wood, soffits, sills and siding. We check for softened or moisture-damaged areas before painting and address needed repairs as part of the scope.

Occupied homes

Much of our work happens in occupied homes. Protection, containment where needed, daily cleanup and clear communication are built into the process.

Maintenance matters

Coastal exposure shortens maintenance cycles. Regular rinsing, inspection of caulk and sealants, and timely touchups help exterior systems perform longer.

Neptune Beach questions, answered.

What does painting cost in Neptune Beach?−

Interior projects typically $4,800–$19,500 and exterior projects $7,200–$28,000. The scheduled estimate provides the actual project price.

How often should a Neptune Beach exterior be repainted?+

There is no single repaint cycle for every coastal home. Exposure, previous preparation, substrate, color and coating system all matter. We look for chalking, fading, failed caulk, cracking and adhesion problems to determine when repainting is actually needed.

My drywall feels soft near the windows. Is that the humidity?+

Usually it is moisture getting in around the opening, not the air itself. We find the entry point and fix it first, then replace the damaged board. Painting over soft drywall hides the problem for a season and makes the repair bigger later.

Can you work while we are living in the house?+

Yes, most of our interior work is in occupied homes. Rooms are contained, cleaned and reset every day, and the schedule is agreed before we start.

Can you match an existing color?+

Yes. When an exact formula is unavailable, we can evaluate the existing color and create samples so you can see the match in the home’s actual light.

Do you handle storm and water damage?+

Yes. Restoration is half our work: drywall, trim and repaint after a leak or a storm, documented so your insurance has what it needs.
