Privacy policy
When you ask us for an estimate, you trust us with your name, your phone number and details about your home. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who can see it.
Effective September 14, 2026
When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we receive the details you choose to share. That can include your name, phone number, email address, neighborhood or project address, the work you need, your timing, and anything you tell us about the project, including photos you send.
Our website host records standard technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure. It also counts page views and roughly where visitors are located, without cookies and without identifying you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
The site counts page views without cookies. It also loads Google Tag Manager, which our marketing agency uses to run measurement and advertising tools such as Google Analytics. Those tools start switched off: until you accept the cookie notice, they set no cookie and record nothing about you. A notice lets you accept or decline, and your choice is saved in your browser so you are not asked on every page. If you decline, the tools stay off.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If you call or text us, we use your number to talk with you about your request and your project. We do not send marketing text messages without your permission.
We keep estimate and project records for as long as we need them to do the work and meet record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from records we are required to keep. Use the contact details below.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
