Multi-unit communities, amenity centers and common-area projects require more than quality painting. They require planning, communication and consistency. We coordinate written scopes, approved colors, resident notice, access and phased scheduling so boards and property managers know what is happening, what comes next and what to expect throughout the project.

How we do it
Scope, schedule and color selections are documented before work begins, giving the board or management team a clear picture of the project before approval. When helpful, we can present the plan directly to the board.
Multi-unit work is organized into clearly communicated phases so residents and management know where work is taking place and what areas are coming next.
Containment, staging and access are planned carefully to minimize disruption and maintain safe, practical access for residents whenever possible.
Approved colors, products and finish specifications are documented so the same standard can be carried consistently from one building to the next—even when phases are completed years apart.

HOA and multi-unit projects are priced from a clearly defined scope based on the property, surfaces, access, phasing and scheduling requirements. For larger projects, pricing can be structured by building, phase or other logical unit so boards and management teams can plan and approve the work clearly.
Yes. We can prepare the scope, schedule, product and color information in writing and, when helpful, present the project directly to the board so questions can be addressed before approval.
Occupied work is coordinated around resident notice, access, containment and cleanup. We work with property management to communicate the schedule in advance and minimize disruption while the project is underway.
Timelines depend on the size and condition of the project and the preparation required. Your schedule is confirmed in writing with your estimate, and we call you if weather moves it.
Yes. Your estimate is free and carries no obligation. We’ll take the time to understand your project, evaluate the surfaces, and clearly define the scope before providing your price.
