Luxury Residential.

Fine-finish work for homes where the details are the point: sprayed cabinetry, millwork, plaster-smooth walls and colors that hold up in real light. This is slow, careful work done by the same crew from the first sample to the last coat. Your estimate is free, with a clear written scope.

How we do it

What fine finish actually means.

Cabinetry, sprayed right

Doors and drawers come off, get numbered, and are sprayed in a controlled setup in your garage, while the cabinet boxes are finished in place. The finish is smooth and durable because the process is controlled.

Millwork and trim

Crown, wainscot, built-ins and stair parts, filled, sanded and brushed or sprayed to a furniture standard.

Surfaces without shortcuts

Level-five smooth walls where the light demands it, plaster repaired rather than hidden, and sheen chosen wall by wall.

Color, sampled in your light

Large drawdowns on the actual wall, viewed morning and evening, before a gallon is ordered. Expensive mistakes happen in the can, not on the wall.

Luxury Residential questions, answered.

How much does fine-finish work cost?−

Cabinet resprays typically run $3,500 to $9,000 and fine-finish interiors $6,000 to $30,000 depending on scope and surfaces. Ranges are published on our pricing page, not gated behind a form.

What paint do you use?+

The right system for the surface and the exposure, named in the estimate. Coastal exteriors get coatings selected for the exposure; interiors get washable finishes matched to the room. We do not swap products after the quote.

How long will the work take?+

Timelines depend on the size and condition of the project and the preparation required. Your schedule is confirmed in writing with your estimate, and we call you if weather moves it.

Can you work while we are living in the house?+

Yes, most of our interior work is in occupied homes. Rooms are contained, cleaned and reset every day, and the schedule is agreed before we start.

Is the estimate free?+

Yes. Your estimate is free and carries no obligation. We’ll take the time to understand your project, evaluate the surfaces, and clearly define the scope before providing your price.
