Exterior & Interior Painting.

Paint performs differently depending on the surface, exposure and preparation underneath it. On the First Coast, exterior systems have to account for salt, sun, moisture and weather. Inside, the focus shifts to clean preparation, consistent sheen and a refined finish.

How we do it

The system is the service.

Exteriors built for coastal conditions

Exterior preparation and coatings are selected around the home’s surfaces, condition and exposure. Windward elevations, masonry, wood and fiber cement may require different primers, sealants or coating systems.

Interiors that hold up

We match products and sheen to the room and the way it is used—from washable finishes in kitchens, baths and hallways to softer sheens where natural light makes surface quality especially visible.

Every substrate is different

Wood, stucco, fiber cement, block, drywall and millwork each require different preparation. Mixed surfaces are treated individually so the finished home still reads as one complete project.

Coverage is specified

The number of coats depends on the surface, color change, product and coating system selected. We apply each coat properly for consistent coverage and a professional finish.
