Painting in
Atlantic Beach.

From Old Atlantic Beach cottages to Selva Marina homes, the surfaces and architecture change but the standard does not. We tailor exterior preparation to salt, sun, shade and moisture, and bring the same level of care to interiors, trim and restoration work.

Local knowledge

What the ocean does to paint here.

The oak canopy

Shade and retained moisture can encourage mildew on protected elevations. Cleaning and coating selection should account for those conditions.

Old Atlantic Beach cottages

Older wood siding, soffits and porch framing deserve a careful inspection before repainting. We identify softened or damaged areas and define repairs before the finish work begins.

Selva Marina and newer builds

Stucco and fiber-cement homes with clean architectural lines make preparation, caulk joints, cut lines and consistent sheen especially visible.

Salt on the east wind

Windward elevations often weather differently from protected sides of the same house. We adjust preparation and coating recommendations to the exposure.

Atlantic Beach questions, answered.

What does painting cost in Atlantic Beach?−

Interior projects typically $4,800–$19,500 and exterior projects $7,200–$28,000. The scheduled estimate provides the actual project price.

How often should an Atlantic Beach exterior be repainted?+

Repaint timing depends on exposure, substrate, previous preparation and the coating system already on the home. We evaluate the condition rather than relying on a fixed number of years.

My drywall feels soft near the windows. Is that the humidity?+

Usually it is moisture getting in around the opening, not the air itself. We find the entry point and fix it first, then replace the damaged board. Painting over soft drywall hides the problem for a season and makes the repair bigger later.

Can you work while we are living in the house?+

Yes, most of our interior work is in occupied homes. Rooms are contained, cleaned and reset every day, and the schedule is agreed before we start.

Can you match an existing color?+

Yes. We can evaluate the existing finish and prepare samples so you can see the color in the home’s actual light.

Do you handle storm and water damage?+

Yes. Restoration is half our work: drywall, trim and repaint after a leak or a storm, documented so your insurance has what it needs.
