These terms cover your use of the Pristine Coastal Co. website. The work we do for you is covered by your written estimate and agreement, not by this page.

This site describes our services, the neighborhoods we serve and how our projects run. It is general information. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract.
Price ranges on this site show what projects typically cost. They are not a quote for your project. Your price, scope, products, schedule and payment terms are set out in your written estimate, and that document governs the work.
Photographs show the kind of work we do and the homes we work on. Some are representative images rather than photographs of a specific job, and results vary with each home’s surfaces, condition and exposure.
Military and first responder discounts apply to eligible residential projects and are shown on your written estimate. Financing, where offered, comes from a third-party lender, which sets its own approval requirements, rates and terms.
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Pristine Coastal Co. or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to other websites, such as a lender or a review site, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Information may change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors.
To the extent the law allows, Pristine Coastal Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under your written agreement with us or under Florida law.
