How we do it

How a repaint should go.

Start with the estimate

We walk the property, evaluate the surfaces, define what gets painted and repaired, and put the scope and price in writing before the project is scheduled.

Prep is most of the job

Wash, scrape, repair, sand, caulk, bond and prime as the surface requires. The finish only performs as well as the preparation underneath it, so the necessary prep is clearly defined in your estimate.

Living there while we work

We protect floors, furniture and surrounding areas, contain the work where needed, and clean up as the project progresses so your home remains as livable as possible.

Finish and verify

We complete a final walkthrough, address remaining details, and provide the care information for your project.
